GymID is our digital access system. At the entrance the GymID reader recognises you within seconds and opens the door – secure, contactless and privacy-compliant.

First visit in staffed hours
Your first workout takes place during staffed hours: Mon–Fri 8 am–9 pm, Sat, Sun & holidays 10 am–6 pm.
Register with GymID
Scan the QR code from your partner app at the GymID reader, enter first name, last name, date of birth and email, and save your photo once.
Train on your own
After that you can train during all opening hours. Just check in as usual in your provider's app.

Where is my data stored?
Exclusively on the local PC here in the studio. GymID is GDPR-compliant and does not store your data in a cloud.
Do I have to use face recognition?
No. Face recognition is voluntary. Alternatively you can use a wristband or train during staffed hours.
How long does registration take?
Just a few minutes. The instructions run directly on the GymID reader – no extra app needed.
I'm a partner member. Do I need to book beforehand?
We strongly recommend it. Simply book your first workout online here – so our team is ready for you.
